President & CEO
Former CFO and Director of Energy Fuels (NYSE: UUUU), and 13-year leader at Moneta Gold. Over 30 years of capital markets and executive experience, raising over $500M in financings. Formerly with Deloitte, he led Moneta’s resource growth from 142,000 to 9 million ounces of gold.
Xavier Duret, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
PhD in Wood and Fiber Sciences with 15+ years in biomass chemical valorization. Led research at Université de Sherbrooke’s Chair in Cellulosic Ethanol and developed ReSolve Energies’ now-patent-pending conversion technology. Instrumental in advancing the company’s R&D towards commercialization.

CPA with 15+ years at KPMG and the Royal Bank of Canada. Expert in regulatory integration, operational risk, and strategic finance. Brings leadership in compliance and sustainable growth to ReSolve’s financial operations.

Vice President, Operations
CEO of Mécanique Industrielle MF since 2009, Martin specializes in implementing large-scale industrial projects. An innovation-driven leader in planning and operations, he brings hands-on expertise to ReSolve’s execution and infrastructure delivery.
