About us

ReSolve is currently constructing a continuous demonstration plant in its Lac-Mégantic, Québec location, which will be used to finalize engineering and operational parameters prior to commercial deployment. The first commercial plant is planned for the Lower St. Lawrence valley and is expected to annually process 30,000 tonnes of biomass with a first phase at 15,000 tonnes. With abundant local forestry biomass, government support, and a vertically integrated model, ReSolve is well positioned to scale efficiently while delivering both financial and environmental value.

 

The company is led by an experienced and multidisciplinary management team with deep expertise in finance, operations, clean technology development and corporate governance to execute ReSolve’s integrated bioenergy strategy. Their leadership ensures that the company remains on track to advance its continuous demonstration facility in Lac-Mégantic, scale its first commercial plant, and deliver renewable energy solutions that contribute to both environmental sustainability and regional economic development.
